Customer Relations Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Relations Coordinator will act as the primary link between COFICAB MED and its automotive customers, ensuring a deep understanding of each client’s business model and requirements. The role focuses on maintaining forecast reliability, coordinating order deliveries, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor customer forecast reliability and adjust processes to improve accuracy.
• Enter and verify customer forecasts and orders in the information system, providing timely feedback.
• Develop and update delivery plans based on order priorities to optimise transit, pick, pack and loading times.
• Handle extra orders, urgent delivery requests, and coordinate claim treatments including reverse logistics.
• Prepare pick lists, control labeling, packaging, and loading, and validate deliveries in the system.
• Communicate Advanced Shipment Notes (ASN) and monitor On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) performance.
• Report outbound logistics KPIs and define continuous improvement actions.
• Adhere to quality, EHS, corporate values, code of conduct and confidentiality agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transport management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
