About the role
COFICAB MED is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to strengthen relationships with automotive customers, ensure accurate demand forecasting, and guarantee on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) deliveries. The role bridges the gap between customer expectations and internal logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor customer forecast reliability and adjust plans to improve accuracy.
- Receive, verify, and enter customer forecasts and orders into the information system, providing timely feedback.
- Develop and update delivery plans based on order priorities to optimise transit, pick, pack and loading times.
- Handle extra orders, urgent delivery requests, and coordinate claim treatments including reverse logistics.
- Generate pick lists, control labeling, packaging, and truck loading; validate deliveries and send Advanced Shipment Notes (ASN) to customers.
- Track OTIF performance, prepare logistics KPI reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality, EHS, corporate values, and confidentiality agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management or Transportation Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
