CRM and Pricing Manager – EM IMEA

About the role

The CRM & Pricing Manager will drive the adoption and effective use of Henkel’s CRM tools across the EM IMEA region while ensuring pricing processes are accurate and compliant. This role bridges sales, finance and audit teams to improve operational efficiency and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional rollout and continuous improvement of the CRM tool.
• Provide training, support and troubleshooting for CRM users in multiple countries.
• Maintain accurate pricing data and ensure alignment across systems.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and audit to harmonise pricing governance.
• Create dashboards and reports on CRM performance and pricing accuracy.
• Analyse trends and deliver insights to boost pricing effectiveness and CRM adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP or ACE.
• Strong Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Good understanding of pricing strategies and operational governance.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
