Corporate Relationship Manager – Wholesale Banking

About the role

Bank ABC is strengthening its Wholesale Banking division by hiring a Corporate Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of top corporate clients in Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate clients, responding promptly to queries and proactively addressing their needs.
• Identify and acquire new corporate prospects, ensuring Bank ABC is positioned on key deals and transactions.
• Conduct credit assessments and evaluate opportunities, collaborating with the Head of Corporate, Head of Wholesale Banking and product specialists on facility structures.
• Ensure strict compliance with risk, portfolio management, KYC, AML and other regulatory policies.
• Meet or exceed budgetary targets and foster strong internal collaboration across all bank departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Banking or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in a similar role within a commercial bank.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities and solid knowledge of the Tunisian market and its main players.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a challenging environment.
• Proactive client outreach, strong negotiation abilities and a professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and clients.
