About the role
The company is looking for an Industrial Management Controller to join the Finance department and report to the Director of Management Control. You will be responsible for monitoring industrial performance and supporting decision‑making for production activities.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in setting production and productivity targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators for the industrial activity.
- Calculate monthly results, analyse trends or dysfunctions and contribute to improvement initiatives.
- Interpret analytical situations and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in profitability studies for investments and industrial projects and track their financial performance.
Required profile
- University degree (Licence or Master) in accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industrial management control role.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of management control.
- Team‑player with good relational skills and communication abilities.
