About the role
We are looking for a creative Content & Social Media Manager to lead our clients’ presence on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands‑on production, turning ideas into engaging Reels, TikToks and Stories.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow client Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts.
- Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and content ideas.
- Film short‑form videos such as Reels, TikToks and Stories.
- Edit videos when required and write compelling captions, hooks and calls‑to‑action.
- Schedule, publish and monitor content performance.
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to each brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure deadlines are met.
Required profile
- Strong visual sense and ability to produce high‑quality short‑form video content.
- Excellent written communication for captions and CTAs.
- Organised, deadline‑driven and able to manage multiple client assets.
