Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to elevate our brand from “present” to “impossible to ignore.” You will own the full marketing mix—content, social, paid media, and SEO—driving campaigns that capture attention and convert audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across all channels, including content creation, social media, paid advertising, and SEO.
• Maintain and manage the marketing calendar, launching campaigns on schedule.
• Monitor performance data, analyze results, and iterate quickly to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with design resources to produce compelling visual assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe suite.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to act without waiting for permission.
