Communication Team Leader (French & English)

About the role

As the Communication Team Leader you will head a creative team that delivers impactful visual and written communication for VEO Worldwide Services and its clients. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach and develop a team of communication professionals.
• Plan, organize and monitor daily production to guarantee quality, productivity and on‑time delivery.
• Manage team workload, weekly planning and resource allocation based on business priorities.
• Guide designers and communication specialists on complex creative projects and validate deliverables before client submission.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational communication topics, coordinating project execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead client briefings, analyze activity reports and propose action plans to improve performance and client satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and training plans for team members.
• Contribute to employer branding, internal communication initiatives and produce engaging content for social media and corporate channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communication, marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and interact with stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate communication or creative production is highly appreciated.

Required skills

• Strong project and production management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
