Communication Coordinator – Bosch North Africa

About the role

Robert Bosch Tunisie, a new company of the Bosch Group based in Tunis and active in Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools and Thermo Technology, is looking for a Communication Coordinator for Bosch North Africa. The role works closely with the executive team to coordinate communications for a geographically dispersed workforce and to protect the company's reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and create a positive environment for business success.
• Lead employee communications so that Bosch's mission, vision and values are shared across a dispersed workforce.
• Create and distribute clear, engaging written, verbal and digital communications to internal and external stakeholders such as media, online users and associates.
• Anticipate, identify and manage communication risks and support effective communication during crises.
• Ensure local communication activities align with Bosch's global communications strategy.

Required profile

• Master's degree in communications, marketing, digitalization, public relations, journalism or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in communications or public relations.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic, with excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop, implement and oversee integrated communication strategies and measure their effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of digital communications, social media and AI applications in communication.
• Interpersonal skills, collaboration across cultures and handling of confidential information.
• Analytical, organizational and time-management skills, with sound judgment and problem-solving.
