Cloud Engineer – Azure & AWS

About the role
The Cloud Engineer will join CBTW’s Data & Analytics team in Tunis, ensuring the reliability and performance of cloud‑based software solutions. You will work with both internal platforms and customer environments, providing day‑to‑day operational support. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and continuously improve system reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve tickets and incidents related to HMS and RMS environments.
- Maintain smooth operation of applications hosted primarily on Azure and also on AWS.
- Support software solutions deployed in customer clouds or on‑premises infrastructures.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Kubernetes clusters.
- Provide technical support for SAS Viya 4 and Apache Airflow.
