Clerk Production Trainer

About the role

The Clerk Production Trainer provides on‑the‑job coaching for operators in a manufacturing environment, ensuring that training needs are identified, documented and met. The role supports continuous improvement through training linked to complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU and technical changes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑the‑job coaching and support for defined production processes.
• Document operator training, maintain skill matrices and employee qualification data.
• Identify training needs and participate in operator evaluations and appraisals.
• Collaborate with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers.
• Provide training after incidents, quality issues, and technical changes.
• Support flexibility concepts and train employees on new workstations, monitoring quality and quantity performance.

Required profile

• Minimum education: BTP or BAC.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication, social and intercultural sensitivity.
• Ability to manage change, target‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Motivation, resilience, self‑organization and conflict‑management skills.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of training documentation and skill‑matrix maintenance.
• Familiarity with QRQC, 8D, KOSU methodologies.
