Childcare Host – Seasonal Role at TUI BLUE Manar Hotel

About the role

Join the TUI BLUE Manar Hotel team as a Childcare Host, creating a safe and magical environment for children aged 0‑3 during the busy summer season. You will design and deliver age‑appropriate programmes that support developmental needs while providing peace of mind to travelling families.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and run daily activities and special events for toddlers, ensuring they are fun, educational and safe.
• Collaborate with hotel staff on team days, parades, kids’ discos and evening entertainment.
• Maintain high childcare standards, including health and safety protocols.
• Respond to parents’ questions, resolve issues promptly and adapt services to guest requirements.

Required profile

• Passion for working with young children and proven experience in early‑years care.
• Recognised childcare qualification, preferably specialised for 0‑3 year olds.
• Fluent conversational English; additional European language is a plus.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks.
• Team‑player with a vibrant, enthusiastic personality.
