Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

About the role

Vneuron, a leading RegTech company, is seeking a visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to shape and protect its information security landscape. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a robust ISMS that aligns with ISO 27001 and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive ISMS compliant with ISO 27001.
• Lead the organization toward ISO 27001 certification and ensure audit readiness.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across all departments.
• Strengthen data security, confidentiality, and incident response processes.
• Integrate logical, technical, and physical security controls into the ISMS framework.
• Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver employee awareness and security training programs.
• Monitor GDPR and other regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in information security, with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in ISO 27001 frameworks and information security governance.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and other regulatory compliance obligations.
• Excellent risk management and incident response capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
