Business Process Expert – BPM Business Support

About the role

Sartorius is seeking a Business Process Expert to lead BPM Business Support initiatives in Mohamdia. You will drive data and process management programs from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with the company’s digital strategy and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate data and process management programs and initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Document inputs and prepare process requirement documents for internal centers of excellence.
• Support process management throughout development, guaranteeing delivery meets standards and KPIs.
• Identify and evaluate internal digital assets and strengths.
• Introduce emerging digital technologies and articulate Sartorius’s digital future with a customer‑centric focus.
• Assist with configuration requirements, integration decisions, and technology process improvements.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing large‑scale projects in a digital environment.
• Technical background or working knowledge of software development processes and tools (advantage).
• Fluent in English.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital trends.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
