About the role

Robert Bosch Tunisie is looking for a dedicated Business Operations Associate to support order management and daily operational activities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders, accurate documentation, and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

Support order intake, processing, and follow‑up in line with local procedures and the ERP system.
Monitor pending, blocked, or delayed cases and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation, filing, and data updates to ensure traceability.
Coordinate routine execution matters with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service and other functions.
Escalate exceptions or recurring issues to the Operations Manager promptly.

Required profile

Structured, disciplined work approach with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organization and follow‑up abilities.
Ability to handle routine and repetitive tasks accurately.
Good communication skills in English and French.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
