About the role
We are looking for a skilled baker to join BARIOLO, Tunisia’s leading fresh‑juice and dessert bar chain. The baker will be responsible for producing high‑quality breads, pastries and desserts that complement the brand’s fresh‑focused menu.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and desserts according to company recipes.
- Maintain consistent product quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep the work area clean and adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar baking or pastry position.
- Passionate about cooking, pastry, bakery and dessert preparation.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
- Autonomous, disciplined and able to follow instructions.
