BIM Modeler

About the role

EagleProjects Tunisia is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop detailed 3D BIM models and support project delivery across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy.
• Perform clash detection and conflict resolution using Navisworks.
• Create construction drawings and documentation for project execution.
• Generate accurate as‑built models from point cloud data.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo (or similar tools), and point cloud processing.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, and coordination.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
