About the role
EagleProjects Tunisia is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop detailed 3D BIM models and support project delivery across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy.
- Perform clash detection and conflict resolution using Navisworks.
- Create construction drawings and documentation for project execution.
- Generate accurate as‑built models from point cloud data.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo (or similar tools), and point cloud processing.
- Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, and coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
