Bilingual German/English Customer Service – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual German-English Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat and email while delivering a high-quality experience from the comfort of your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support in German and English through calls, live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer journey.
• Share feedback and ideas to enhance processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or support experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
