Bilingual Customer Service Representative – German & English (100% Remote)

About the role

Join our TalentPop team as a remote Customer Service Representative, providing bilingual support in German and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful written contact for customers across multiple channels, helping them resolve issues quickly and positively.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries from a diverse customer base.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
