Bar Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bar Attendant to join our Sheraton hotel in Tunis. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service while maintaining a clean and well‑stocked bar area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
• Stock ice, glassware, paper supplies and maintain work areas throughout the shift.
• Remove soiled wares, clean bar units, tables and ensure all areas meet hygiene standards.
• Welcome guests, acknowledge them according to company standards, and address service needs promptly.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies and report any incidents.
• Assist individuals with disabilities and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn bar operations.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork and adherence to quality standards.
