Android Developer – Mobile App Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Android Developer to join a cross‑functional Agile team. You will help design, develop, and ship new features for our Android application that supports emergency response and saves lives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, and operations to define and implement new app features.
• Write clean, well‑tested Kotlin and Java code, fix bugs, and improve performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other mobile developers.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code‑review meetings.
• Document technical decisions and product details in English.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing native Android applications.
• Strong object‑oriented design skills and solid Java programming background.
• Proven ability to design, test, and deliver high‑quality mobile applications.
• Good unit‑testing, debugging, and problem‑solving capabilities.

• Real‑time and interactive mobile application concepts
• SIP, RTP, VOIP protocols (desired)
• Multi‑threading and memory management on Android devices (desired)

• Continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Agile methodology and tools such as Jira
