AI Solutions Consultant (MRO Data)

About the role

We are a leading technology group in Italy, acting as a Business & Technology Accelerator for a range of organisations. As an AI Solutions Consultant for MRO Data, you will be the primary point of contact for our data‑cleansing product, guiding clients from pre‑sale through post‑implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve the internal data transformation pipeline, balancing deterministic rules with LLM agents.
• Manage the end‑to‑end client data journey: ingest raw MRO data, deliver cleaned results securely, and run iterative feedback loops.
• Partner with the Sales team during pitches, acting as a subject‑matter expert on how AI and rule‑based methods solve data challenges.
• Perform ad‑hoc data profiling using SQL, Python, or Excel to detect anomalies before client delivery.
• Report bugs, troubleshoot runtime issues with developers, and provide insights for product roadmap.
• Establish and track data‑quality metrics, documenting pipeline configurations and prompt versions for reproducibility.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) sector and its data characteristics.
• Experience delivering AI‑driven data‑cleansing solutions in an industrial context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate client feedback into technical improvements.
