AI-First Marketing Operator

About the role

Storm Ideas is looking for an AI‑First Marketing Operator to design, run and continuously improve a marketing engine built around AI agents, reusable skills and automated workflows. The role is fully remote, based in Tunisia, and focuses on creating authority‑building content for globally recognised US entertainment brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate Storm’s AI‑first marketing engine – agents, prompts, context libraries and automations that generate website copy, articles, LinkedIn posts and research at scale.
• Maintain a source‑of‑truth context layer (positioning, service descriptions, content pillars, approved tone) to ensure consistent AI output.
• Interview internal experts, mine calls and transcripts with AI, and turn drafts into publishable quality with editorial judgement.
• Create and direct on‑brand visual assets (social graphics, short‑form video) using AI generation tools.
• Own the rebrand, website content, SEO strategy and market/competitor research to support commercial outreach.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing ability, capable of turning complex ideas into clear material for senior audiences.
• Good eye for design and visual storytelling; able to direct AI‑generated creative assets.
• Demonstrated experience building AI‑assisted workflows, prompt libraries or automation that others can use.
• Judgement to verify tone, accuracy and quality of AI output before publication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools and agentic platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Codex‑style agents).
• Familiarity with markdown, GitHub, Airtable, CMSs and automation tools.
• Ability to configure prompts, design context layers and manage lightweight technical systems.
