AI Community Enabler – Tech Expert & Change Manager

About the role

As an AI Community Enabler – Tech Expert & Change Manager you will be the technical backbone and community catalyst for LEONI’s global citizen development and AI initiatives. You will ensure that AI, automation and low‑code solutions are technically sound, widely understood, and actively adopted by business users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, set up and maintain a best‑in‑class citizen development toolkit focused on automation/RPA and AI, especially Microsoft Power Platform and 365 Copilot.
• Provide technical guidance and support to community members on solution design, architecture and troubleshooting.
• Assist business users in translating their needs into scalable, robust technical solutions.
• Review, curate and expand internal citizen‑developer tools and a forthcoming solution marketplace, ensuring quality, reusability and compliance.
• Contribute to a Citizen Development Knowledge Hub with best practices, documentation, blueprints and how‑to content.
• Identify and introduce new technologies and approaches that can be scaled across the company.
• Act as a thought leader by exploring emerging AI/automation trends and turning them into practical business solutions.
• Engage, inspire and grow the global AI and Citizen Development community through challenges, dashboards and other initiatives.
