Agentic AI Engineer (Azure / Databricks)

About the role

We are looking for 2‑3 Agentic AI Engineers to join a fast‑moving investment‑management team. The role is fully remote and runs on a fixed‑term contract until 31 December 2026. You will extend an already live Azure and Databricks data platform by designing and delivering production‑grade agentic AI systems for alpha generation and research review.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build multi‑agent AI systems, integrating tools such as MCP and managing context design.
• Implement a control layer with quality gates, prompt‑manipulation protection, and enforced human‑approval points.
• Handle model hosting with European data residency while keeping inference costs under control.
• Leverage the existing Databricks and Azure infrastructure to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Translate business requirements directly into solution design and production implementation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on production experience with agentic or large‑language‑model (LLM) systems, beyond prototypes.
• Strong perspective on AI security, control mechanisms, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently without a dedicated architect or analyst.
