Accounts Payable Manager – France & UK

About the role

Free2move Tunisia is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function for its French and UK operations. The role combines hands‑on management of the Procure‑to‑Pay cycle with team leadership and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle for a portfolio of entities and complex suppliers, including invoice receipt, PO matching and payment processing.
• Perform supplier reconciliations, resolve disputes and manage complex accounting issues.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and conduct balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor AP performance through KPIs, reporting and regular analysis.
• Allocate workload, coach and develop the AP team, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as Key User for the AP automation solution (Yooz or equivalent), driving system usage and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts payable or Procure‑to‑Pay operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex supplier relationships.
• Leadership experience, including team coaching and performance management.
• Excellent collaboration with procurement and operational teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AP automation tools, specifically Yooz or a comparable solution.
• Solid understanding of AP processes, invoice matching and supplier reconciliation.
