Technicien de Maintenance

About the role

SOQUIBAT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its plant in Djebel El Ouest – Zaghouan. The role focuses on keeping industrial equipment operating safely and efficiently through regular upkeep, fault diagnosis, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections, greasing and routine maintenance of equipment according to an established plan.
• Diagnose complex breakdowns, replace defective parts and restore equipment to full functionality.
• Develop and implement maintenance process improvements to boost reliability and reduce costs.
• Ensure all interventions comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Install and commission new machinery as required.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date maintenance reports.

Required profile

• Technical baccalaureate minimum; BTS or technician diploma in Industrial Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, react quickly to issues, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Strong analytical mindset.
