Team Lead Procurement Management

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Lead for Procurement Management to oversee the procurement function at country level. The role ensures efficient raw‑material supply, supplier integration and optimal stock levels while driving continuous improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Procurement Management unit against defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and ensure governance and process compliance.
• Lead direct reports, define objectives, monitor performance and support professional development.
• Plan team activities to cover all procurement stages and respond to internal requests.
• Ensure accurate and efficient raw‑material supply processes and supplier integration (localisation, consignment, logistics agreements, delivery performance).
• Maintain optimal raw‑material stock levels, reducing excess and obsolescence.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (BAC+5) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain or Management.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry, including at least 2 years in a procurement manager role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change‑management, result orientation, resilience, self‑organisation, conflict management and teamwork skills.
