Logistics Manager – E‑commerce & Supply Chain (Remote, Tunisia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimise last‑mile delivery operations for an international cash‑on‑delivery (COD) e‑commerce project based in Tunisia. The role is remote and focuses on improving delivery performance, increasing buy‑out rates and controlling operational KPIs across the full delivery cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply‑chain strategies to maximise efficiency in COD logistics.
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishments.
• Manage transportation logistics to guarantee on‑time, safe deliveries.
• Coordinate route optimisation, resource allocation and scheduling.
• Supervise courier teams, delivery partners and confirmation operators.
• Monitor daily operations, identify bottlenecks and apply corrective actions swiftly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align logistics objectives with company goals.
• Maintain documentation and reporting on logistics performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, COD operations, e‑commerce or delivery management.
• Strong ability to work with operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent coordination and problem‑solving skills.
