Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Axe Finance is a fast‑growing fintech company that provides AI‑driven credit risk automation solutions to lenders worldwide. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with the Chief HR Officer and help design and execute scalable hiring strategies across our global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
• Design and run innovative talent attraction campaigns using social media, digital outreach, employee referrals and AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives to strengthen Axe Finance’s market position.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
• Source, assess and present qualified shortlists, and coordinate selection processes including CV screening, structured interviews, technical and psychometric tests.
• Utilize AI‑driven recruitment technologies to improve sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and analytics.
• Conduct labor‑market research, talent mapping and competitor analysis to inform hiring strategies.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns, career fairs, university partnerships and networking events.
• Define, monitor and analyse recruitment KPIs and dashboards.
• Enhance onboarding workflows and continuously optimise the ATS/HRMS platform.

Required profile

• Degree in HR management, psychology, business administration or a related field from a recognised university.
• 3‑5 years of proven talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in a technology‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in building and executing hiring strategies for fast‑growing organisations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑powered recruitment tools.
• Experience using ATS/HRMS platforms.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and generate actionable insights.
