Supply Chain Planner (Tunis)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Supply Chain Planner to join our Tunis team. You will support supply chain management and logistics operations, acting as the main liaison between Pharmalys Laboratories and its suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with production teams to develop production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and organize export documentation.
• Monitor freight costs and transit times to optimise transportation routes and reduce shipping expenses.
• Identify potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain and develop continuity solutions.
• Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to monitor KPIs and track progress.
• Carry out special assignments from the direct superior related to core activities or company policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business field, industrial engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s in Supply Chain Management and Logistics is highly recommended.
• 0‑2 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in a multinational FMCG or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong organisational abilities, analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
