Supply Chain Operations Specialist

About the role

Join an international automotive company to help optimise logistics and supply chain operations across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. You will work closely with manufacturing plants, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth transport, warehousing and overseas shipment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support logistics and supply chain operations throughout the MEA region.
• Monitor operational performance and key logistics KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous‑improvement actions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing transport, warehousing and overseas shipment activities.
• Contribute to cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic supply chain and logistics projects.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation or operations.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Good understanding of international supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI a plus).
• Proactive, autonomous and team‑oriented.
• Fluent English (French a plus).
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
