Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability and optimisation of our global supply chain operations. You will act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners, overseeing coordination across product ranges, monitoring stock levels and guaranteeing smooth logistics from production planning to customer delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all supply‑chain related matters within the department and with external stakeholders.
• Participate in planning and coordination of Start‑of‑Production (SOP) and End‑of‑Production (EOP) activities.
• Monitor and analyse inventory, production volumes and stock fluctuations, proposing corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct regular requirement analyses to ensure alignment with logistical constraints.
• Drive implementation and sustainability of optimisation measures across the supply chain.
• Coordinate ramp‑up and ramp‑down processes for production lines.
• Maintain operating system parameters and master data in control systems.
• Oversee logistical framework conditions to guarantee timely delivery to customers.
• Provide training and consultation on process‑related tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, plant services and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Report performance indicators, goals and improvement initiatives to management.

Required profile

• University degree; a Master’s degree or higher technical qualification is preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Process‑oriented mindset with self‑initiative and a focus on targets and results.
