Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the operations of its raw material, semi‑finished and finished‑goods warehouse in Tunisia. The role focuses on ensuring efficient material flow, stock accuracy and compliance with safety and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the warehouse unit against defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting and drive service delivery enhancements.
• Lead and develop direct reports, defining objectives, tasks and training needs.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities covering unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading and shipping.
• Maintain technical equipment, enforce safety rules and ensure accurate stock records.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant warehouse or logistics role.
• Fluency in French and English.
