About the role

The Spa & Wellness Director will oversee daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities at Four Seasons’ beachfront resort in Tunis, delivering exceptional luxury experiences and driving revenue growth. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for wellness and the ability to inspire a diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all spa and wellness operations, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, promotions, retail performance, and wellness programming.
• Recruit, coach, train, and manage a high‑performing spa team.
• Deliver personalized luxury wellness experiences that enhance guest loyalty and brand reputation.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, inventory, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Partner with Marketing and Public Relations to promote spa offerings and attract new business.
• Identify and implement industry trends, innovative treatments, and wellness concepts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Foster a culture of excellence, wellness, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of leadership experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Deep understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and luxury hospitality standards.
