Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content while nurturing an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and DMs, and foster community engagement.
• Track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics and deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and produced content.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid storytelling ability.
• Reliable power backup (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.
