Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to expand FivePrayer’s presence on TikTok and Instagram by building and nurturing relationships with Muslim creators. The role focuses on partnership development rather than content creation, aiming to create a network of over 100 creators who regularly promote the app.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to Muslim creators on TikTok and Instagram whose values align with FivePrayer.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, ensuring each creator delivers 2‑4 videos per month.
• Coordinate content deliverables, posting schedules and ensure timely publication.
• Monitor creator performance, track engagement metrics and highlight top‑performing partners.
• Manage all communications through DMs, email and WhatsApp.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts or creator partnerships.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable collaborating with international creators across different time zones.
• Ability to work autonomously and use AI tools to increase efficiency.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI assistance tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms TikTok and Instagram for outreach.
