Senior Product UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, user‑centric web and mobile applications for a multinational IT consulting and digital transformation firm. The role requires expertise in both left‑to‑right (LTR) and right‑to‑left (RTL) layouts and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for web and mobile products, ensuring consistency across LTR and RTL interfaces.
• Lead the full design lifecycle: research, discovery, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, and iterative improvements.
• Own, maintain, and scale design systems across multiple digital products.
• Collaborate remotely with cross‑functional teams, translating feedback into practical design enhancements.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas and recommend best‑practice user flows.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of UI/UX engineering and product design experience.
• Proven senior‑level autonomy and ability to thrive in a remote setup.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centric product design for web and mobile.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or comparable design tools.
• Experience creating and scaling design systems.
• Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and user flows.
• Solid understanding of UX research, usability testing, accessible and inclusive design principles.
• Capability to design seamlessly for both LTR and RTL layouts.
