Graphic Designer – Print and Packaging

About the role

The Graphic Designer – Print and Packaging is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Tunisia. You will create print‑ready visual assets such as packaging, labels, brochures, and point‑of‑sale materials while ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print‑ready layouts for packaging, labels, brochures, and POS assets.
• Prepare dielines, select typography, and develop colour palettes that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with account managers, marketers, and other creatives to interpret briefs and refine concepts.
• Coordinate with print vendors, review proofs, and manage quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Maintain consistency across all print and packaging deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong background in print and packaging design, with a focus on visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to interpret creative briefs and present design options to stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail in typography, colour application, and file organization.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in an agency environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
