Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & TikTok Ads) – Remote, Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a senior performance marketing specialist to lead and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok advertising campaigns for the events and ticketing sector. This remote, part‑time freelance role requires roughly one hour of work per day and is ideal for a professional experienced in scaling campaigns for concerts, festivals, nightlife and other entertainment events.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and continuously optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns focused on ticket sales and ROAS.
• Design high‑converting campaign structures and build retargeting funnels.
• Monitor daily performance, analyse KPIs and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Test creatives, audiences and bidding strategies to identify winning combinations.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align advertising efforts with upcoming events and product launches.
• Provide concise performance reports and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing Meta and TikTok ads for events, ticket sales or entertainment brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with a performance‑driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Experience in scaling successful campaigns and conducting creative testing.
