Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA and Support teams to design, develop, and deliver new features for our customers and partners. You will be part of a globally distributed Agile Scrum team, contributing to both client‑side and server‑side components while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new functionality across the full application stack (client, server, cloud).
• Integrate third‑party libraries and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer‑reported issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance improvements.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Produce UML diagrams (class, sequence, flow, activity) to support design discussions.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with architects and principal engineers on feature design and future technology direction.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Java (Java 8, J2EE) and the Spring ecosystem.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and UML.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile (Scrum) environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
