Senior Business Analyst (MRO & Supply Chain)

About the role

We are a leading Italian technology group acting as a Business & Technology Accelerator for enterprises, financial institutions, and public sector organisations. As a Senior Business Analyst focused on MRO and Supply Chain, you will bridge client business stakeholders and our technical delivery teams, ensuring that solutions are precisely defined and successfully implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to capture business needs, edge cases, and undocumented “tribal knowledge”.
• Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to validate technical viability and alignment with client realities.
• Support Project Managers in scope management and risk identification during proposal and discovery phases.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations that translate complex technical results into clear business value.
• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed implementation requirements.
• Act as the daily liaison between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate translation of requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Technical Consultant in B2B SaaS, ERP, Supply Chain, or industrial environments.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide client decisions and push back on vague requests.
• Strong capability to decompose complex, ambiguous physical processes into clear, step‑by‑step technical specifications.
• Aptitude for quickly grasping advanced technical concepts and communicating them in plain language.
