Senior Architectural Visualizer

About the role

Scope Merge is building a dedicated design and technical team in Tunis for a Dubai studio working on luxury residential and hospitality projects across the Gulf. You would be employed by Scope Merge on a Tunisian contract and work full time with the studio's design team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Create premium visualisations for luxury villas, private residences, 5‑star hotels and resorts.
• Cover hotel rooms, suites, lobbies, restaurants, lounges and F&B concepts.
• Work on exterior architecture and landscaping in daylight, sunset and night scenes.
• Build scenes from architectural drawings, moodboards and design concepts.
• Own lighting, atmosphere, materials, textures, reflections, camera composition and interior styling.
• Handle post‑production and image enhancement.

Required profile

• 5+ years in architectural visualisation, preferably luxury residential and hospitality.
• Advanced 3ds Max with Corona Renderer and/or V‑Ray.
• Adobe Photoshop for post‑production.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, D5 Render, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino or AI post‑production tools is an advantage.
• Good English to work directly with architects and interior designers.
