SAP Finance Control Consultant

About the role

We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization that is undertaking a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. The company is establishing a near‑shore Centre of Excellence in Tunis and seeks an experienced SAP Finance Control Consultant to join the team on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration and testing of SAP FICO processes within the S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate finance requirements into SAP solutions.
• Participate in data migration, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to junior team members in the Tunis centre.
• Ensure compliance with global finance standards and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP FICO.
• Proven experience on SAP S/4HANA finance projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Tunis.
