Sales Administrator – Customer Order Management

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the Tunisian subsidiary of CMR Group. The role supports the sales team by managing customer orders, forecasts and export shipments, ensuring smooth commercial operations across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand, forecasts and firm orders, alerting customers to any unexpected variations.
• Coordinate pricing, lead‑time and other commercial issues with the sales team.
• Prepare weekly export shipment lists, organize transportation according to Incoterms and generate compliant invoices.
• Liaise with planning, warehouse, production and logistics to resolve urgent operational matters.
• Review month‑end order backlog, adjust delivery dates and monitor KPIs such as Order Acknowledgements and On‑Time Delivery.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, process delivery discrepancies and issue credit notes when required.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings and conduct root‑cause analyses for KPI deviations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales administration or order‑management role.
• Proficiency in English (fluent).
• Strong organizational, rigorous and communication abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to work in multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP AX (preferred).
