Technico-Commercial Concessionnaire

About the role

The company is a leading industrial manufacturer and distributor of complete ranges of automotive body paints and pre‑paint accessories (mastics, abrasives, varnishes, tools). The Technico‑Commercial Concessionnaire will manage the exclusive network of vehicle manufacturers, prospect, reference products, and retain automotive dealers and their authorized repair workshops nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the exclusive network of constructors: prospect, reference products, and retain dealers and workshops.
• Commercialise the entire catalogue, including hydro‑solvent paint systems and technical accessories.
• Provide premium technical support by advising workshop managers on colour‑metry optimisation, application processes and productivity gains.
• Negotiate large‑account framework agreements and monitor consumption volumes per dealer.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2/3 in commerce or high‑level automotive technical training.
• At least 3 years of experience selling consumables, paints or garage equipment, with proven success in direct dealer relationships.
• Excellent presentation, strong key‑account negotiation skills and autonomy.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of automotive paint systems (hydro‑solvent).
• Familiarity with pre‑paint accessories.
• Understanding of colour‑metry processes and application techniques.
• Ability to advise on productivity improvements.
