About the role
A leading company in Tunisia is seeking motivated Retention Agents with experience in the French market to maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless and positive experience for clients.
Required profile
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is a must.
- Previous experience as a retention agent in the French market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
