About the role

AZIZA, a leading retail brand in Tunisia, is seeking a Site Manager (Responsable Site PFT) to lead the industrial strategy and operations of one of its production sites. The role focuses on driving performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the site’s industrial strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to meet performance targets.
• Optimize production costs, productivity, yields, and service levels.
• Oversee production, maintenance, and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Ensure quality, food safety, QHSE compliance, and reliable stock management.
• Manage investment, optimization, and industrial development projects.
• Monitor industrial KPIs (OEE, productivity, material yield, production cost, service rate) and execute corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Industrial Engineering, Production, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar site‑management position.
• Proven experience in team leadership and industrial site management.
• Strong expertise in production control, maintenance, continuous improvement, and project management.
• Leadership, analytical mindset, results orientation, and excellent communication skills.
