About the role

The Web Activity Manager will lead the daily web projects for virtual agents and digital services. Reporting directly to the President, the role combines senior management, pre‑sales, and technical oversight to grow the web agency autonomously.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational, commercial and technical steering of the web agency.
• Coordinate a remote team of developers and an internal project manager.
• Lead pre‑sales activities, prepare quotes and conduct feasibility analyses.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee the delivery of website and e‑commerce projects on platforms such as WordPress, PrestaShop, Magento and Symfony.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a web agency, ESN or similar environment.
• Proven track record in pre‑sales, project quoting and client presentation.
• Strong management or coordination experience of technical teams.
• Fluent French, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Operational mastery of WordPress and PrestaShop.
• Good knowledge of Magento or Symfony.
• Understanding of web development and hosting environments, including dedicated servers, Linux and PHP versions.
• Awareness of security, performance and site update challenges.
